    Company Health Check ™

    Company Health Check ™ (CHC ™) er en analysemodell utviklet over flere år for å avdekke hvor godt organisasjonens valgte strategi er anpasset og forankret internt og eksternt. I tillegg belyser den hvor realistisk, og ikke minst relevant, strategien er. Analyseresultatene vurderes så opp mot organisasjonens uttalte mål og strategi, og danner grunnlaget for konkrete råd om prioriteringer og tiltak. Analysemodellen CHC™ kan tilpasses hver enkel organisasjons situasjon og behov.

    Modell

    CHC™ består av fire steg. Først vurderes organisasjonens finansielle og ikke-finansielle nøkkeltall.

    Deretter foretas det en syretest av organisasjonens visjon, strategi, posisjonering og eventuelle handlingsplaner. Det gjøres også analyser og dybdeintervjuer av ansatte, kunder og eventuelt leverandører, eiere og myndigheter for å kartlegge organisasjonens nåværende og ønsket fremtidige posisjon. Informasjonen analyseres og bearbeides, og resulterer i konkrete forslag til prioriteringer og tiltak for å nå visjon og mål.

    Diagnose

    Resultatene av analysen viser i hvilken grad organisasjonen er rustet til å gjennomføre den valgte visjon og strategi, samt hvor relevant og realistisk denne oppfattes av organisasjonens interessegrupper. CHC™ er en svært effektiv måte å stille diagnose på, og avdekker de områder organisasjonen må fokusere på. CHC™ er diagnosen. Ikke kuren.

    Veivalg

    CHC™ avsluttes med en konklusjon på dagens tilstand, og belyser hvilke områder organisasjonen bør sette fokus på. Avhengig av resultatene vil dette normalt være forslag til prioriteringer og tiltak for å gjennomføre valgt strategi, eller i enkelte tilfeller anbefaling til endret visjon og strategi.
