Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Management of market sales strategy and objectives
  • Leading the Sales team of Porsche Norge.
  • Management of operating / incentive budget and sales reporting
  • Manage the sales funnel with the dealers and define measures to improve
  • Development of action plans to secure sales performance.
  • Controlling and reporting of KPIs vs. Budgets to ensure sales volume targets
  • Responsible for Supply and Demand Management through a management of vehicle ordering and distribution of all new vehicles to achieve meeting the stock management objectives

 

  
Principal Accountabilities:

 

  • Local market exploitation
  • Ensure that the Porsche product portfolio is deployed in full and ensure delivery of a strong value proposition
  • Sales growth in line with Porsche's overall strategic objectives
  • Secure accurate sales forecasting and opportunity pipeline management
  • The establishment and management of a future online sales channel of Porsche products in liaison with the already established physical sales channel (via the dealer network)
  • Ensure close alignment with Porsche AG in all related and concerned matters

Candidate Profile:

 

Academic and professional background, fields of experience, knowledge and skills:
 
 

  • Master’s degree in business administration or other relevant field of study
     
  • At least 10 years working experience and 3 years leadership experience in the automotive or related luxury industry, ideally in different areas of an automotive importer business (e.g. Sales, After Sales, Network Development, Marketing)

  • Good skills in results and profitability analysis
     
  • Exceptional sales and negotiating skills
     
  • Very good written and oral presentation skills
     
  • Proven experience from Sales with success in achieving assigned expectations and goals
     
  • Fluent English language skills mandatory, Norwegian and/or German skills appreciated
     
  • Profound and proven knowledge of Project management skills
