Responsible for Sales and Business Development in Norway for a successful company, owned by SSAB and part of Ruukki Construction

Principal Accountabilities:
- Plan, organize and lead the sales work within the Norwegian market
- Ensure that the relevant Plannja product portfolio is deployed in full, meets competitiveness requirements and delivers a strong value proposition
- Define, review and drive activities to improve line performance and reduce overall customer system cost
- Enable profitable sales growth in line with Plannja's overall strategic objectives
- Secure accurate sales forecasting and opportunity pipeline management
- Collaborate on market and product issues with Customer Support, Marketing, Product Management and Operations

Candidate Profile:
Academic and professional background, fields of experience, knowledge and skills:
- Higher education, i.e. University Degree within Civil Engineering, Economics or similar
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven toolkit and experience from tactical, operational and strategic operations
- Exceptional sales and negotiating skills
- Successful leadership experience based on developing and motivating teams
- Solid understanding of product management, production and manufacturing (incl. client needs) is preferable
- Good skills and experience in establishing, analyzing, developing and following up on strategies, budgets and plans
- A proven track record in leading a successful change process would be highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills in both English and a Scandinavian language
