Main Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for all Legal, Governance and Compliance matters related to the businesses of Porsche Norway
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and handling legal and Compliance related inquiries.
- Assessing, reviewing, and amending localized versions of Porsche Dealer Agreements
- Management & Coordination of Corporate Directives
- Developing and delivering training programs, policies, and procedures to employees on legal and compliance matters as the “Compliance Officer”
Principal Accountabilities
- Providing legal guidance and advice to various departments within the company on legal and compliance matters including data privacy, intellectual property, etc.
- Performing periodic audits to assist the company’s compliance with internal policies and external laws
- Ensure close alignment with Porsche AG in all related and concerned matters
- Retain, monitor, and supervise outside counsel, consultants and experts as needed

Candidate Profile:
Academic and professional background, fields of experience, knowledge and skills:
- University degree in Law from a top institution ("Specialist" or "Magister")
- At least 8 years working experience in broad-based commercial legal and compliance matters as an inhouse-lawyer of a multinational company or top-tier international law firm, including at least 5 years line management experience

- Proven professional experience in contract drafting, and negotiation and relevant fields of law
- Knowledge of the Norwegian (Scandinavian) market is preferred
- English as main language (written and verbal); Norwegian is preferable
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and intercultural environment
- Good ability to contextualize legal dimensions in a commercial sphere
